Booking Fee

To secure your appointment, a £50 booking fee is required at the time of booking.

This booking fee is not an additional charge and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment or consultation on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• More than 48 hours’ notice: Your £50 booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded, where appropriate.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your £50 booking fee will be retained.
• Failure to attend your appointment (non-attendance): Your £50 booking fee will be retained.

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you, often for extended periods. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that appointment time to other patients. This policy helps us manage our appointment schedule fairly and continue providing the highest standard of care.

If you wish to book another appointment following a late cancellation or non-attendance, a new £50 booking fee will be required to secure the appointment.

Exceptional Circumstances

We appreciate that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise. Any decision to waive or amend this policy will be made solely at the discretion of Dr Hazel Skin Solutions Ltd.
